Sayollo is looking for post-sales Customer Success Manager!
Customer Success Manager - a driven, dedicated, and service-oriented professional with great people skills, an eye for detail, and nurturing customer relationships. You will be the point of contact for our clients and partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage international clients and communicate with them on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

  • Ensure the technical and business-related issues handled quickly and appropriately.

  • Grow accounts, upsell, maintain control over account status, and progress.

  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payment handling.

  • Support clients and prioritize open issues and tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in account management/ client relationship role.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Experience in video advertising - a significant advantage.

  • Understanding the online advertising industry - a significant advantage.

  • Resourceful and tech-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic, and charismatic.

  • Proven record of actively driving problems to resolution.
